  • Can I pick-up or drop off the equipment myself?

    No. For your safety, and limitations posed by our insurance policy, our haulers must be used for all equipment deliveries and pick-ups. Except for equipment that weighs less than 10,000LBS and can be carried on a small trailer carrier. IG: Skid steer, Scissor lifts, Mini excavators

  • Am I responsible for damages?

    In most cases, yes. Incidental damage may be covered by the Damage Waiver. For complete details on our rental policies, please refer to the Terms & Conditions outlined in the provided Rental Agreement. The most common damage is tires, but when it comes to equipment defects, for example, hydraulic hoses. If you have further questions, please check the terms on your contract or call our office for assistance.

  • Am I able to get a delivery tomorrow?

    Yes, in most cases we are able to deliver the equipment the next day. Please do keep in mind that early morning delivery times fill up quickly and may not be available. In some cases, if the equipment and trucks are available, we can deliver the same day.

  • How long is each rental period?

    One Day Rental = One (1) 8-hour shift over a 24 hour period


    One Week Rental = Five (5) 8-hour shifts over a seven day period


    One Month Rental = Twenty (20) 8-hour shifts over a 28 day period

  • Is fuel included?

    No. The equipment is delivered with a full fuel tank. If refueling is necessary, it is your responsibility to refuel the equipment, otherwise, you will be charged a refueling fee.

  • Do you guarantee delivery time?

    We always do our best to deliver the equipment at the pre-arranged time; however, due to traffic conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances, we do not guarantee delivery time. If the equipment is delivered outside of a four-hour delivery window, please call us. If you have a specific time that the equipment must be delivered, please notify us in advance.
